We will perform complimentary vehicle inspections and report to your fleet manager our findings. The inspection will give you the general condition of your fleet and help you with planning the future services and repairs that may be needed. It will also give our staff the ability to get to know your vehicles and how they are utilized for your business and enable us to make recommendations to keep your fleet performing at its best. We realize your fleet may have specific needs. Our staff will be happy to assist you with them. Information Needed: 1. A list of all fleet vehicles. Please include license plate numbers and any identification numbers you may require for each vehicle. 2. Your billing address with special instructions such as purchase order numbers, marked attention to, etc. 3. Payment method: credit card, check or accounts payable (application required). 4. Name and phone number of individual responsible for authorizing estimates and repairs. 5. Past vehicle history (when possible) and each vehicles’ intended use.
