Golden Rules of Service
Tveten’s Auto Clinic strictly adheres to the “golden rules” of service. We will serve each customer the way we would like to be served as if we were the customer:

We will provide each customer with courteous and professional service
in a timely manner.

We will provide clear and accurate estimates of repair to our customers. |
|
• |
We will perform no repairs without customer authorization. |
|
• |
We will perform each service and repair professionally with top quality parts
and materials. |

• |
We will report any vehicle safety or repair concerns observed during vehicle
service to our customers. |
|
• |
We will prioritize recommended vehicle services and repairs to our customers
in this order:
1. Safety
2. Progressive Damage
3. Recommended Maintenance

We will not recommend services or repairs that are without benefit to our customers and their vehicles. |

• |
We will stand behind our work and honor all applicable warranties. |

Code of Ethics
Tveten's Auto Clinic prescribes to the following Code of Ethics, as outlined by the Automotive Service Association (ASA):

To perform high quality repair service at a just and fair price. |
|
• |
To use only proven merchandise of high quality distributed by reputable firms. |
|
• |
To employ the best skilled technicians available. |
|
• |
To furnish an itemized invoice for fairly priced parts ands services which clearly identifies any used or remanufactured parts. Replaced parts may be inspected
upon request. |
|
• |
To have a sense of personal obligation to each individual customer. |
|
• |
To promote good will between the motorist and the members of the ASA. |
|
• |
To recommend corrective and maintenance services, explaining to the customer
which of these are required to correct existing problems and which are for preventive maintenance. |
|
• |
To offer the customer a price estimate for work to be performed. |
|
• |
To furnish or post copies of any warranties covering parts or services. |
|
• |
To obtain prior authorization for all work done, in writing, or by other means satisfactory to the customer. |
|
• |
To notify the customer if appointments or completion promises cannot be kept. |
|
• |
To maintain customer service records for one year or more. |
|
• |
To exercise reasonable care for the customer's property while in our possession. |
|
• |
To maintain a system for fair settlement of customer's complaints. |
|
• |
To cooperate with established consumer complaint mediation activities. |
|
• |
To uphold the high standards of our profession and always seek to correct any and all abuses within the automotive industry. |
|
• |
To uphold the integrity of all members of the Automotive Service Association. |
